In two weeks, we turn our clocks forward to spring ahead. If you are like me, your body has trouble adjusting to the time change. How do you ensure to take your meds on time? What about getting enough sleep? Here are some helpful tips:
- Keep a consistent time for taking your medication. The time may be an hour ahead according to your body, but take it at the same time.
- Get enough sleep. If you have to go to bed a little earlier than usual, do so. Your body will thank you later.
- Don't forget to give your body time to adjust to the new time. It will take a while, but you will get there. Don't overdo it the first few days. It is okay to pace yourself.
